To know if a knowledge is true we have to keep in mind the evidence. If we are certain about something it is a true knowledge, since it prevents you from doubting its truth. Also, intersubjectivity is an important factor, because if we want to believe we have to be an acceptable knowledge.
In my opinion,for one side we cannot know if the knowledge is true because the first that we have to do is asking what is knowledge. People usually define knowledge like something that they hear or see but in my opinion, this is not knowledge. During our live we make and build our own knowledge and with it we can comprove what is false and what is real. Furthermore we can discover why are here and what should we do. When we know this things we can say that the knowledge is true.
